I met Emilee earlier this year through some of my favorite people in Eastern Montana. (Fiina and Rebekah, I'm talking to you!) It was like meeting a girl who you you know lights up every room she walks into. She was so excited about marrying Matt and so cool about everything else, I knew that her wedding would be a blast to photograph. Plus, what a gorgeous couple! Photographer Score! ;)
Emilee and Matt planned a church wedding in Glasgow with tons of guests from the local community invited to the after party at The Cottonwood. Emilee's mom, Mary, took on the decorating and handmade so many creative touches for the church and reception room. Including this awesome sign with one of Emilee's favorite wedding quotes, "What God has joined together let know no man separate." One of my favorite quotes as well. <3
The additional pieces of the Emilee's day were so gorgeous! I LOOVED her teardrop earrings that she had custom made! Aren't they stunning?! Plus, a beautiful handmade bracelet from her Aunt and something blue M+E bracelet from her mom. Check out her killer shoes, dude, I love them! I couldn't walk in them for more than 5 minutes, but I loove them!
The smoke hung heavy in the air all week and I secretly hoped it would last for some lovely, hazy evening shots. It did, and what we got was so amazing. I love how they were totally relaxed and so ready for the fun party part of their wedding. By this time, they were wrapped up in each other and totally happy to cuddle up and be adorable for me. YES!
The rest of the night was a blast. Emilee and Matt... mostly Emilee and somewhat her mom, Mary, were tearing up the dance floor! Like, killing it, and having so much fun! Their friends all joined in and it was a non-stop dance party as soon as the music started. I'm so glad I got to spend the night with these awesome people. Congrats Emilee and Matt! I hope the marriage is just as fun as the wedding!
After the wedding, we made quick stop on the way at the new Mr. & Mrs. Poole's house to take pictures with their sweet dogs. Em had special wedding wear for the pups. So adorable!
We snuck away for glorious sunset photos where Em and Matt proceeded to get real cute together.
